أعلنت شركة حسن علام للمرافق، الذراع الاستثماري والتطويري لمجموعة حسن علام القابضة، في مشروع مشترك مع شركة ضفاف المتحدة للخدمات اللوجستية التابعة لمجموعة نسما، عن تعاونها الاستراتيجي للاستثمار في محطة متقدمة خارج الميناء وتطويرها بمدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية، المجاورة لميناء الملك عبدالله. ويهدف هذا التعاون إلى تعزيز القدرات اللوجستية الإقليمية، وتقديم حلول متكاملة لتلبية الطلبات المتزايدة لقطاعي الخدمات اللوجستية والتجارة.

وتتمتع مدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية بموقع استراتيجي على امتداد الخطوط الرئيسية في آسيا وأوروبا، وتوفر موقعاً مثالياً لمركز لوجستي متكامل الخدمات. وستشمل المحطة الجديدة أحدث ساحات الحاويات ومرافق التخزين، مما يوفر حلولاً لوجستية مرنة ومتكاملة مصممة خصيصاً لمجموعة واسعة من العملاء. ستعمل هذه الميزات على تعزيز العمليات التجارية وخدمة العملاء، ليس فقط داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، ولكن أيضاً في جميع أنحاء منطقة مجلس التعاون الخليجي وشرق إفريقيا.

وصرح عمرو علام، الرئيس التنفيذي لحسن علام القابضة قائلاً: “سعداء بشراكتنا مع ضفاف المتحدة للخدمات اللوجستية في هذه المبادرة المتميزة. وستلعب المحطة الجديدة بمدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية دوراً حاسماً في تعزيز البنية التحتية اللوجستية في المنطقة. ونلتزم سوياً بتقديم حلول متطورة تلبي احتياجات العملاء وتدفع النمو الاقتصادي في المملكة.”

وعلق مهند كمال، الرئيس التنفيذي للقطاع التجاري في حسن علام للمرافق، قائلاً: “تُعد هذه الشراكة خطوة مهمة تساهم في زيادة تواجدنا الإقليمي في قطاع اللوجستيات، يحث تعتبر محركًا رئيسيًا لزيادة كفاءة سلاسل الامداد. كما أنها تعزز التزامنا بدعم اقتصاد مستدام ومتنوّع، بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الأساسية لرؤية 2030.”

ومن المتوقع أن يؤدي هذا التطوير إلى تيسير العمليات اللوجستية بشكل كبير، وتحسين كفاءة سلاسل الامداد، وتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي عبر دعم الربط التجاري. وبفضل بنيتها التحتية الحديثة، ستمكن المحطة من مناولة البضائع بشكل أسرع، وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية، ودعم الشركات في توسيع نطاق وصولها إلى السوق. ستخدم المحطة عملائها في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وشرق أفريقيا، وسترسخ مكانة مدينة الملك عبدالله الاقتصادية كمركز لوجستي رئيسي ومحفز للتنمية الاقتصادية الإقليمية.

وتؤكد هذه الشراكة على الالتزام المشترك بدعم سبل التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز مكانة المملكة كبوابة تجارة عالمية في إطار أهداف رؤية 2030 لتعزيز البنية التحتية ودفع التنويع الاقتصادي.

(Cairo, 10 Dec. 2024) Hassan Allam Utilities, the investment and development arm of Hassan Allam Holding, in joint venture with Defaf United for Logistics, a subsidiary of Nesma Holding, announces a strategic collaboration to invest in and develop an advanced off-port terminal in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), adjacent to King Abdullah Port. This collaboration aims to enhance regional logistics capabilities, offering integrated solutions to meet the growing demands of the logistics and trade sectors.

Strategically located along the Asia/Europe trunk line, KAEC provides an ideal setting for a full-service logistics hub. The new terminal will include state-of-the-art container yards and warehousing facilities, delivering flexible and integrated logistics solutions tailored to a wide range of customers.
