في شكل الشراكه الاستراتيجية، ومن خلال توجيهات الحكومة المصرية بتعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات التعليمية والصناعية، استكملت إدارة التعليم والبحث العلمي بمنظومة عمال مصر الاقتصادية المستدامه، عمليه التدريب العملي في مصنع المصرية للطاقة الشمسية لطلاب جامعة الدلتا التكنولوجية المتخصصه بوجه عام.

جاء ذلك في إطار التدريب على الصيانات الدورية لألواح الطاقة الشمسية، مما يعزز الخبرات العملية للطلاب في تخصصاتهم الفنية.

ويأتي هذا التدريب تماشيًا مع توجيهات المهندس هيثم حسين، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، الذي يولي اهتمامًا خاصًا بتطوير مهارات الطلاب وزيادة قدرتهم العملية بما يتماشى مع متطلبات سوق العمل.

وعلى ضوء ذلك، من جانبها أوضحت الدكتورة هدى بسيوني، مدير إدارة التعليم والبحث العلمي، أن هذا النوع من التدريب يعد خطوة هامة في تأهيل الطلاب لسوق العمل، حيث يتيح لهم فرصة تطبيق المعارف التي اكتسبوها في الفصول الدراسية في بيئة عملية، مما يعزز قدرتهم على التكيف مع متطلبات العمل في قطاع الطاقة الشمسية.

Egyptian Workers’ Economic System Confirms Ongoing Training for Delta Technological University Students at the Egyptian Solar Energy Factory to Enhance Practical Skills

Haitham Hussein: We are currently working on expanding the export of knowledge abroad following the success of our local experience… Knowledge and industry are the driving forces behind national development.

As part of a strategic partnership and in line with the Egyptian government’s directives to strengthen cooperation between educational and industrial institutions, the Education and Scientific Research Department of the Egyptian Workers’ Sustainable Economic System has continued the implementation of practical training at the Egyptian Solar Energy Factory for students of Delta Technological University, particularly in their specialized fields.

This initiative focuses on training in the periodic maintenance of solar panels, thereby enhancing the students’ hands-on experience and technical expertise.

The program aligns with the directives of Engineer Haitham Hussein, Chairman of the Board, who places strong emphasis on developing students’ skills and boosting their practical capabilities in accordance with the evolving demands of the labor market.

In this context, Dr. Hoda Bassiouni, Director of the Education and Scientific Research Department, stated that this type of training represents a vital step in preparing students for the workforce. It offers them the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in classrooms to real-life work environments, which strengthens their ability to adapt to the requirements of the solar energy sector.
